As you can see, he's grown. Mind you, I didn't do before and after measurements, but clearly his stomach, at least, is bigger.
Which is concerning. Because, although I admittedly know nothing about spider reproduction and such, bigger stomachs to me often mean little babies inside.
Umm, no. One sedate adult spider is one thing. A bunch of unruly little punk spiders is something completely different.
So the friendly neighborhood spider got a new home last night in a tree over by the pond. Where he or she is more than welcome to have as many little spiders as he or she chooses. As long as they stay over there.
