It must be Fall

or I must be a freak, because I've been strangely compelled lately to do a lot of cooking and baking.

And I am neither a chef nor a baker.

Anyway, there was the muffin extravaganza of last week. And then yesterday I made English Toffee Bars. The jury is still out on those.

And today, I'm making these again:



That's only the first pan. There are about three more coming. It's a super easy recipe, which is high on my list of recipe likes. And they are pumpkin spice, super yummy, especially this time of year.

Did I mention that I saw a mouse this morning in the bedroom? I thought I might have seen him last week one day. I think he's heard about the muffins...
