I knew it was only a matter of time

before I became officially known as somebody's mom as opposed to someone in my own right, but somehow it's just stranger than I expected. Public school, and all that goes with it, has been such an eye opener to me. We're now in soccer, and as of last night, cub scouts. I'm going to put Clayton in taekwondo once he turns four, and suddenly it seems that my calendar is filling up with the kid's appointments as fast are faster than my own. Surely life wasn't this involved when we were kids, was it?

Ha. I think it probably was, we just don't remember because we were the kids doing stuff.
