We started the summer off with a trip to Galveston with Mike's parents and his aunt, who had a timeshare condo there for the week. We had lots of fun swimming...
Hanging out on the balcony looking at the ocean...
Riding the ferry...
Making funny faces with Mike's brother and his family...
Playing in the lovely brown water of the Gulf...
Building sand castles...
Playing in the ocean some more, trying to wash off the sand...
Being forced by our mother to pose in front of stones with our names on them...
And then coming home and realizing that the sunscreen that was applied to your face was, in fact, not the one kind that you are not terribly allergic to...
Pitiful, isn't it?
