We took a little vacation this past week with the kids. We started in Austin, where I had a seminar for a couple of days. while there, we did a few fun things, as you can see below:
There was the carriage ride through Austin's warehouse district:
and a trip for Mike and the kids to Austin's children's museum:
and then the view of the bats who come out nightly on Towne Lake in Austin. It is the largest urban gathering of bats anywhere in North America:
and on our way in, we stopped at Austin's Nature and Science museum where the kids got to dig for artifacts in a dino pit:
